Aged on the lees in Burgundy barriques for at least 18 months, with a maximum of 10% new wood. Bottling occurs no earlier than 2 years after harvest, without any filtration. The color is a beautiful ruby red. The aroma carries notes of roses, cherries, and tobacco, in a beautiful mix with sweet and spicy notes from the barrel. The taste
